Over the years Peter has worked as both Sommelier and Restaurant manager at some of Australia’s best Restaurants and Wine Bars. Worked vintages both in Australia and Europe, taught wine at one of Australia’s top wine colleges, published his own book- ‘The Wine Tasting Journal’ and traveled/ tasted extensively through many of the top wine regions of the world. Most recently as Sommelier for four years at the acclaimed Sydney three hat Restaurant ‘Marque’ and operating his consultancy ‘A Wine Mind For Business’.
